About this Course:

I’m a Canadian Immigration Lawyer at Holthe Immigration Law, and I’ve personally experienced the challenges and stress of navigating Canada’s immigration process. In my practice, I’ve assisted many clients with their Canada Tourist Visa (TRV) applications, and I’ve seen firsthand the common errors that often lead to refusals. These mistakes can be devastating, especially when there’s so much at stake. I knew something had to change. I thought to myself:

Igor is a Canadian Immigration Lawyer at Holthe Immigration Law. Having gone through the immigration process himself, Igor knows from his own experience about the challenges and the stress immigrants go through when applying for immigration to Canada. Igor has successfully filed H&C applications, challenged refused applications by way of judicial review at the Federal Court, submitted successful reconsideration requests, and worked on various temporary and permanent residence applications.
